Human Rights at Work 2008 - Third Edition

This handbook is meant to help employers and staff comply with the Ontario Human Rights Code at all stages of employment. It includes a description of the Code, principles and concepts the Code is based on, grounds of discrimination, who has responsibility for human rights at work, who is protected at work, and how to create a workplace that complies with the Code.
